Canon IJ Setup for Android

 Read these instructions to find out how to set up a Canon IJ printer for using it with your Android device.


Launch the Google Play Store application from your device.

Type ‘Canon Print’ in the search bar and then tap the search icon on your device’s keyboard.

Select the ‘Canon Print/Selphy’ application from the search result list.

Tap the ‘Install’ button to begin downloading the application.

After the application has been installed, power on your printer.

Check whether the printer is receiving power.

Touch and hold the ‘Wireless’ button on your printer till the emergency light flashes twice.

Look for the blue light next to the Wireless button.

Open the Canon Print application on your Android device.

Tap Agree and follow the on-screen instructions.

Touch the Add Printer button on the top left-hand side of the main screen.

Select Register Printer and then tap Select Connection Method.

Tap Connect Via Wireless Router and then choose the desired Wi-Fi network you want to connect the printer to. Enter the password for your network.

Tap OK and select your printer model when it appears on the screen.

Type a name by which you want to save the printer and then press OK.

This completes the setup of the printer.

IJ Start Canon Pixma TS3122 Setup

 First, remove the protective tape that is present on top of your printer’s carton. Take all the components such as software disk and power cable out of the package. Lift the Canon PIXMA TS3122 printer from the box and keep it on a dust free surface. Find the power port on your printer and then attach the power cable. The other end of the power cable must be plugged into a wall outlet that is functioning properly. Force press the ON button to power Up your printer. Now, set all the preferences on the printer’s touch display. Open the rear tray or cassette on your printer, place enough white papers, and then close it. Install the original black and color cartridges into the respective slots. Print an alignment sheet to ensure that you have inserted the cartridges correctly.

Canon Pixma TS5120 Setup

 Follow the guidelines below to unbox the Canon Pixma TS 5120 printer and set it up. Open the Canon Pixma TS5120 printer box after cutting open the adhesive tape. Take the Pixma TS 5120's power cable out of the box and set it aside. Remove the Pixma print cartridges such as the PG 540 Black and CL 541 Color cartridges from the box.
