Canon Pixma TS6320 Setup

  1. These components have to be taken out of the printer box.
  2. Gently, lift the Canon Pixma TS6320 printer from the box and place it on the desk to start the hardware setup of it.
  3. Clear all the disposable packing materials from the printer.
  4. Attach the power cord to the Canon Pixma TS6320 printer and its other end needs to be attached to a wall outlet.
  5. Find the ON button on the front panel of the printer and hold it until the ON LED turns on. This will power up the Canon Pixma TS6320 printer.
  6. The LCD panel of the printer prompts to set the language. Choose your desired language from the displayed language list using the up or down arrow button.
  7. Once done, select the Yes option followed by the Start Setup option.
  8. Read the instruction that displayed on the LCD panel of the Canon Pixma TS6320 printer and select the OK option.
  9. Keep the printer’s scanner unit cover open while installing the ink tanks.
  10. After taking the new black ink tank from the packing material, remove its film, tape, and orange cap.
  11. Place the black ink tank and push it to fit in its slot correctly. Carry out the same instructions to install the rest of the three ink tanks (cyan, magenta, and yellow) in their slots.
  12. Once you install all the ink tanks in the Canon Pixma TS6320 printer, close its scanning unit cover properly.
  13. When you see the ‘Start alignment to improve print quality’ message on the printer’s display panel, select the Yes option.
  14. Place enough A4 sized plain paper in the paper cassette and adjust its paper guide.
  15. Select OK  Next  OK on the LCD panel of the Canon Pixma TS6320 printer.
  16. Download the setup file of the printer from the official Canon website, install it on your computer, and establish a connection between the Canon Pixma TS6320 printer and the computer.
