How To Scan On Canon Ts6320
Step 1 - Original document placement
The original document needs to be placed on the platen glass with the printable side facing down on it.
Step 2 - Scanning
Auto Scan:
- Ensure that you turn on your Canon TS6320 printer.
- Open the Canon IJ Scan Utility window on your computer.
- Select the Canon TS6320 printer from the Product Name drop-down menu.
- If you need to change the scan settings such as paper size, resolution, or PDF settings, select the Settings option.
- Once done with the scan settings, select the OK option.
You can choose any one of the options listed below:
- Auto
- Document
- Photo
Now, the Canon TS6320 printer starts to scan the original document as per the specified scan settings.
Basic mode scanning:
- On your computer, start IJ Scan Utility and select the ScanGear option to open the ScanGear window on the screen.
- Click the Basic Mode tab and select the source of paper from the Select Source drop-down list.
- Select the Preview option if required. This option is available if you have placed your original document in the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF).
- Complete the Destination and Output Size fields.
- If you want to change the size and position of the cropping frames, select the checkbox next to the Adjust cropping frames option.
- If necessary, select the Image Corrections option and set it.
- Once you choose the Scan option, the Canon TS6320 printer scans the original document.
