Canon Pixma TS5120 Printer is Offline

 The printer may go offline for many reasons. You can get it back online by following the instructions given below.

Navigate to the Settings menu on your Windows system.

Select & right-click on your Canon TS5120 printer.

Click the Use Printer Online option.

Now, check if the printer offline issue is resolved.

If not, then clear all print jobs from the Printer Menu screen.

Select the Cancel All Documents option.

If the offline issue continues, then turn off and on the Canon printer.

Check your wireless router & make sure that the connection is good & stable.
